Ashok, I was an educator, so my experience was different, but working in an office is well - and entertainingly - described in your story. There's tension in a school, mostly about handling the students properly, making the teaching interesting and experiential, and making sure that parents are in the loop, but an office is a whole different level of tension which you describe so well.

Thank you, Sandy. For the past 15 years I have been advising Education Groups (Pre-school to High School) for both legal and management practices, policies & compliances. It's a complex parent and teacher management aside academics, and I can understand the challenges that you must have faced.

Ashok, it sounds like you were a legal resource. That wasn't my job. I was a teacher and head of the elementary divison and a nine acre campus. I had to manage many things, but I had very little to do with the legal aspects of the school except for my role on the Board of Trustees. You must have had your hands full.
